After a bad start at the airport due to unavoidable circumstances, your representative proved to us how effective your company policy on not using salesmen was.
We were taken to our accommodation, which was very comfortable, given time to settle in, then picked up each day and taken on various journeys around the area. Nothing was too much trouble and the guide was one of the nicest people we have ever met. During our visit to your office in Los Montesinos we were made to feel very welcome and relaxed within a very informal environment and the managing director was very informative and was able to help with the finer details.
