FM Spanish Promotions inspection tours are the most comprehensive and cost-effective way to view the fantastic range of properties we offer in Spain.
You get four to five days with your own personal property consultant, who will only take you to view the properties that you're interested in, and that are within your budget. No hassle, no pressure. Our inspection tours are fully inclusive, so all you have to think about is finding your dream home.
Our consultants have an extensive range of knowledge of the Costa Blanca and will help you with any information you may require.

What's the Itinerary?
There's a lot to fit in when you join one of our inspection tours! First and foremost you've got to find your favourite area, and then there's choosing the home you want. Luckily, our property consultants will be there to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Day 1
You'll be met at the airport by your personal FM Spanish Promotions property consultant, who'll show you to your accommodation and settle you in. After lunch, you'll be taken for a guided tour of the area and its facilities, before enjoying a relaxing dinner in the evening.
Day 2 & 3
First of all, breakfast. Then there's an informal welcome meeting, after which your property consultant will take you for a full day inspecting your properties, with a break for lunch and coffee. After a long day looking at properties, you'll be returned to your accommodation to prepare for dinner.
Day 4
After breakfast you'll be taken for another look at your favourite properties and locations. If you've found a property you can't resist then you'll be taken through the contracts, costs, finance and legalities before retiring for lunch.In the afternoon contracts will be prepared for you to sign.
Day 5
Now all the hard work is out of the way, you can either take another look at your new property. Alternatively, you could decide to treat yourself to a few hours lounging in the sun before setting off for the airport!
